Nov. 7th

This week we were busy writing PEACE poems which were on display at our Remembrance Day assembly. 

In Math we have been looking close at the Hundred Chart and finding patterns by counting by 2's, 5's, 10's, 3's, 8's, 15's etc.  We are looking closely at these patterns trying to identify even more patterns like odd/even, diagonal and so on.

We each designed and then created a Christmas design that is going to be made into a Christmas card.  This was a lot of work but they really did turn out quite well.  You will be able to see them in a few weeks!

Even though it wasn't Friday - we had Free Choice centres and here are some of the students are play!

On Wednesday a notice went home about an upcoming field trip to the Act in May and also about our OWL presentation next week.  Please return this form and the money by Tuesday, Nov. 12 (not the 5th as it said in the notice - sorry!)
